KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Prepare espresso-based coffees and specialty coffee beverages.
- Prepare mocktails, infusion mocktails, coolers, milkshakes, smoothies & innovative signature drinks.
- Experiment with flavours, ingredients, infusions and new beverage recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning and quality.
- Handle and maintain espresso machine, grinder, blender and bar equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, mise en place and inventory.
- Deliver an engaging and professional customer experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

- 1–3 years’ experience as a Mixologist, Barista, Beverage Specialist or similar role.
- Strong hands-on skills in espresso coffee preparation and beverage making.
- Experience with mocktails, infusions, milkshakes, coolers and creative beverages.
- Creative mindset with a passion for flavour experimentation and current drink creation.
- Valuable understanding of presentation, garnishing and beverage consistency.
- Energetic, well-groomed, customer-friendly and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy café service hours.
