JOB DESCRIPTION:

Meeting Customers at Project Sites of Reputed Developers

Connecting with the Customers, Leads will be given by the Company and network with Registered or Recent Clients

Managing customer's queries on phone & convert tele-conversation into Meetings / Site Visits

Should be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the Company

Good knowledge of Real Estate and Market Trends

Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client engagement

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and meet sales goals

Familiarity with the Chennai Market is must

Candidate Profile Required:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 Months - 8 Years

Skill Set: Good Communication & Presentable with right kind of Sales Attitude

Notice Period: Immediate joiners would be preferred
