- Taking follow-up from branches/customers for payment of overdue amounts
- Maintaining MIS with details of - default reason / no. of EMI expected / expected date of payment, etc.
- Publishing daily collection reports against expected collections and reasons for delay, if any
- The candidate would be working in 1st or 2nd bucket of collection (1st month EMI bounce & 2nd month EMI bounce)
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduate- Mandatory
- 60%+ in his academics - Preferred
- Hindi Language- Mandatory,
- Marathi/ Tami// Telugu/ Kannada/ English- Additional Languages is a plus
- Fresher or Experienced
