Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the SBI branch.

Guide customers to the appropriate banking services and counters.

Manage customer queues and ensure smooth branch operations.

Assist customers with account opening, passbook updates, cash deposit guidance, and digital banking services.

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely customer service.

Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Promote digital banking services and self-service kiosks.

Maintain cleanliness,



discipline, and a customer-friendly environment in the branch.

Follow all branch policies and operational procedures.
