Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Production
- Learn and perform manufacturing and production processes under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Operate production equipment, tools, fixtures, and machinery by following established operating procedures.
- Support assembly, production,
and packaging activities while maintaining productivity targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily manufacturing operations.
- Quality AssurancePerform visual inspections using magnifiers, microscopes, and inspection tools.
- Identify and report defects or abnormalities in products and materials.
- Maintain quality standards by following inspection procedures and company guidelines.
- Handle components carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Documentation & SafetyMaintain daily production records and operational reports accurately.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality standards.
- Report machine issues, process deviations, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices at all times.
- Wear and properly use all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Learning & DevelopmentParticipate actively in technical and on-the-job training sessions.
