Job Role for Bartender:

- Mix classic and custom cocktails accurately.
- Pour beer, wine, and spirits correctly.
- Prep garnishes, ice, and glassware.
- Serve snacks or bar food when needed.
- Greet guests warmly and take orders.
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
- Monitor alcohol intake and stop service if needed.
- Answer questions and recommend menu items.
- Clean counters, tools, and glasses.
- Restock beer, liquor, and mixers.
- Handle cash and card payments via POS systems.
- Count and balance the cash drawer.
