We are hiring Team Leader - Filed Sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, guide, and supervise a team of marketing executives by planning daily field activities, setting targets, providing on-ground support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.

2. Drive individual productivity during the first 3 months with 5 client meetings/presentations per day.

3. Visit business owners to onboard and manage client details on the Justdial platform and present services effectively.

4. Understand client needs and recommend suitable Justdial products while building strong customer relationships and brand presence.

5. Post 3 months, manage both individual and team productivity, ensuring overall target achievement.

6. Once the team is assigned,



complete 3 client presentations daily as an individual target + team handling

Requirements:

- Good communication and selling skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
- Freshers or experienced can apply.
- Basic Android/Mobile app knowledge.
