Position: Barista & Waiter / Service Staff

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary:

- Barista: ₹14,000–₹20,000/month
- Waiter / Service Staff: ₹13,000–₹15,000/month
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in relevant hospitality/café/restaurant work
- Education: 12th Pass preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for Baristas and Waiter/Service Staff to join our café team in Nagpur. Candidates should be customer-focused, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other café items.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and service areas.
- Handle customer queries and requests professionally.




- Maintain proper stock and inform the supervisor about requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and café team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valuable customer-service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team-working ability.
- For Barista: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage equipment.
- For Waiter/Service Staff: Knowledge of table service and customer handling.
