KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain mutual fund and investment-related products in a easy manner.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments/callbacks with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
