About the Role - We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve online brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search Ads, Display Ads, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid marketing channels.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for improving marketing performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns.




- Experience in campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Candidates with relevant digital marketing experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in lead generation for financial services, advisory firms, brokerage, fintech, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
