- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of barcode printers, scanners, label applicators, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Configure barcode printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB, and other interfaces.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales team for technical demonstrations and product trials.
- Prepare service reports after customer visits.
- Maintain service records, spare-parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
