Job Summary

Imprimis IVF is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to

handle inbound and outbound calls, generate appointments, follow up with prospective

patients, and provide information about our fertility services.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries.

 Schedule patient appointments and follow up on leads.

 Explain basic information about IVF treatments and services.

 Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

 Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.

 Coordinate with counsellors and the centre team for seamless patient support.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 1–2 years of telecalling/customer support experience (Healthcare experience

preferred).

 Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

 Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
