- Manage passenger boarding and assist them to their seats.
- Report on time to the assigned boarding point.
- Ensure onboard facilities match promised standards; maintain a daily checklist.
- Call and guide delayed passengers to the boarding point.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve experience.
- Handle spot bookings and maintain daily accounts.
- Travel with the bus (8–14 hours) and return the next day.
- Assist passengers with needs and amenities during the journey.
- Maintain qualified, polite communication.
- Must know Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada; basic English preferred.
