Job Opening: Site Supervisor – Fabrication & Erection

Location: Pune (Travel to project sites as required)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor to oversee fabrication and erection activities at project sites. The candidate should be willing to work day or night shifts based on project requirements and ensure smooth execution of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise fabrication and erection work at site.

- Coordinate with labour, contractors, and project engineers.

- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Monitor daily progress and submit work updates to the management.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of site activities.

- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with clients and consultants when required.





- Maintain discipline and ensure proper use of safety equipment by the workforce.

Project Experience Required

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- PEB Structures

- Hoardings

- Gantries

- Conventional Sheds

- Foot Over Bridges (FOB)

- Heavy Steel Fabrication & Erection Projects

Eligibility

- 1–2 years of experience in fabrication and erection site supervision.

- Basic knowledge of structural drawings and measurement.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

- Must be available for day or night shifts as per project requirements.
