We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Application Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) and Research & Development (R&D;) team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesNew Product DevelopmentDesign and develop innovative industrial safety and automation products.
- Work on concept development, prototyping, testing, and product validation.
- Support development of AI-based applications such as PPE detection, fire & smoke detection, and industrial monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and manufacturing partners for component selection and product development.
- Research & DevelopmentResearch emerging technologies in industrial safety, AI, IoT, embedded systems, and automation.
- Evaluate new sensors, cameras, controllers, and industrial communication technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development.
- Improve existing products through continuous innovation and technical enhancement.
- Application EngineeringUnderstand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and solution presentations.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of developed systems.




- Provide technical support to sales and project teams.
- Testing & ValidationPerform product testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure product reliability.
- Prepare test reports and development documentation.
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducational QualificationBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Instrumentation
- Computer Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Or related field
- Technical SkillsKnowledge of industrial automation systems
- Understanding of CCTV, AI vision systems, and industrial safety products
- Basic understanding of AI/ML applications (preferred)
- Familiarity with IoT devices and industrial communication protocols
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar design tools is an advantage
- Basic programming knowledge in Python/C++ is preferred

- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in industrial automation, safety systems, R&D;, or application engineering.
