? About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Insurance Tele Sales professionals to join our growing team.

This is a Tele Sales role, where you will connect with customers over the phone, explain Health Insurance & Life Insurance plans, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

? This is NOT a Field Sales job.

? Candidates should be comfortable with daily calling and sales targets.

- ? Key Responsibilities? Make daily calls to potential customers
- ? Explain Health Insurance plans and benefits
- ❤️ Explain Life Insurance plans and advantages
- ? Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- ? Follow up with interested customers
- ? Handle customer queries and objections
- ? Build good customer relationships

- ? Maintain proper customer and follow-up records




- ? Who Can Apply?⭐ Minimum 1 Year+ experience in Insurance Tele Sales
- ? Experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance Tele Sales preferred
- ? Previous experience in Insurance Calling / Telecalling Sales is required
- ? Target-oriented and sales-driven candidates
- ?️ Good communication and convincing skills
- ? Basic computer knowledge
- ? Ability to handle objections and close sales
