- Attend customers professionally and understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable products and explain product benefits, usage, and offers.
- Increase Lines Per Bill (LPB), average bill value, and customer conversion.
- Promote ongoing company schemes, offers, and focus products.
- Generate new customers and encourage customer registration/enrollment.
- Maintain excellent customer service and achieve the required NPS.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Check stock availability, expiry dates, damages, and near-expiry products.
- Perform regular stock counting and cycle counts.
- Complete billing accurately and handle cash/digital payments responsibly.
- Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, attendance, and store-opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain required store records, reports, and daily sales updates.
- Support promotional activities, customer engagement drives, and company campaigns.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding stock, sales, operational, and customer-related issues.
