Job Title: Field Engineer – Vending Machines

Location: Field-Based

Qualification Required:

- ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
- Basic English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, service, and maintain vending machines at customer locations.
- Visit multiple sites daily and provide on-site technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requests and machine performance.
- Submit daily service reports and update work status.
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer complaints.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
