Job SummaryAnand Sports is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can transform business data into strategic insights. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business analytics, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel and modern analytical tools.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales, inventory, finance, procurement, and operational data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for senior management.
- Create KPIs and business performance scorecards.
- Forecast sales, inventory, demand, and business growth.
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities using data analysis.
- Perform profitability, product-wise, dealer-wise, and territory-wise analysis.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Automate reports and improve business reporting processes.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to management.
- Experience Required5–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Experience in Retail, Wholesale, Distribution,



Sports Goods, Footwear, Apparel, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of business forecasting, KPI development, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
