- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments.
- Perform inspection and diagnosis of instruments and identify technical issues.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Handle calibration of measuring instruments, sensors, gauges, and other industrial equipment.
- Prepare service reports, calibration records, and other required technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and technical issues.
- Provide technical support and explain instrument operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Ensure timely completion of field service activities.
- Coordinate with the internal service/calibration team for pending jobs and technical requirements.
- Maintain proper records of instruments serviced/calibrated at customer locations.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain skilled conduct at customer sites.
- Be willing to travel to different customer locations as required.
