- Manage and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, Wi-Fi, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain IT equipment, assets, and system records.
- Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, email, and other office IT systems.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and software updates.
- Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.
Required Skills:
