Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Indore

Employment Type: Full time

Timing- 10-8 pm

- Job Responsibilities: Pick items from stock as per the order list (bill/challan).
- Check product size, design, quantity, and quality while picking.
- Pack items neatly and securely to avoid damage during transport.
- Ensure correct tagging, labeling, and barcoding (if applicable).
- Match packed items with invoice before handing over to dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of stock in the warehouse.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory checking when required.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for urgent or priority orders.
- Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
- Basic understanding of product categories (kidswear preferred).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit for standing, lifting, and moving stock.
- Honest, disciplined, and a team player.
