We are looking for a responsible and friendly Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our kidswear store. The person should be comfortable handling customers, sales, staff, stock, and the overall store.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the store.
- Welcome customers and provide good service.
- Help customers choose the right products and sizes.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and cash responsibly.
- Manage and guide store staff.
- Maintain the store, displays, and products neatly.
- Check stock and coordinate for replenishment when required.
- Receive recent stock and ensure proper arrangement.
- Handle customer exchanges and complaints politely.
- Maintain basic sales and stock records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Follow company rules and maintain proper discipline.
- Requirements 2–5 years of retail experience, preferably in kidswear, fashion, or apparel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Responsible, honest, and target-oriented.
- Good grooming and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working on weekends and during busy seasons.
