URGENT HIRING – FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FME)

We are hiring Field Marketing Executives for a reputed Water Tank Manufacturing Industry.

Designation: Field Marketing Executive (FME)

Industry: Water Tank / Building Materials

Location: Krishna Nagar, Nadia, West Bengal

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Building Materials / related field sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Benefits: PF + Mediclaim + TA/DA ₹500 per day

Age: 20-32

Qualification: HS Pass / Graduation

Interview Mode: Virtual

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Promote and sell water tanks and related products.

Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, plumbers and construction sites.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.





Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Ensure proper market coverage and brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in building materials / related field sales.

HS Pass or Graduate.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Regional language communication is mandatory.

Valid driving licence is mandatory.

Candidate must have their own two-wheeler – mandatory.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
