Job SummaryWe are urgently hiring a Telemarketing Executive for Bike Insurance Sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining bike insurance products, generating sales leads, and converting inquiries into successful policy renewals and sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell bike insurance policies and renewal plans.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage details, and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
- RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance sales, or customer service will be preferred.
