1. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of Air Receiver Tanks and fabricated components.
2. Prepare and maintain quality-related documents such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Inspection Reports, Test Certificates, Quality Dossiers, and other inspection documents.
3. Coordinate and attend Third-Party Inspections (TPI) with agencies such as TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s, etc.
4. Coordinate with customers, third-party inspectors, and internal production teams regarding inspection requirements and quality-related issues.
5. Review material test certificates (MTC), welding-related documents, and other quality records.
6. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of raw materials and finished products.
7. Prepare and maintain Hydro Test Reports, Dimensional Inspection Reports, Visual Inspection Reports, Welding Inspection Records, and other relevant documents.
8. Prepare final Quality / Manufacturing Data Dossiers (MDR)



as per customer requirements.
9. Understand and implement applicable ASME / pressure vessel standards, customer specifications, and approved drawings.
10. Prepare and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
11. Review drawings, dimensions, specifications, and fabrication details before and during manufacturing.
12. Coordinate with the production team to ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
13. Identify quality deviations/non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.
14. Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, and quality documentation.
15. Support the production and engineering team in resolving technical and quality-related issues.
