- Develop and modify PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), or Structured Text.
- Program and configure PLCs such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Delta.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, motors, and other automation equipment.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose electrical and PLC-related faults and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain PLC programs, control logic, I/O lists, and technical documentation.
- Work with electrical and mechanical teams during machine installation and commissioning.
- Optimize machine performance, automation sequences, and production processes.
- Provide technical support for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Follow industrial safety standards and automation best practices.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Understanding of electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, sensors, relays, and motor controls.
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA, VFD, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PLC programming software and commissioning tools
