We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Marketing & Order Handling Executive to manage digital marketing activities as well as handle customer orders from enquiry to final confirmation.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding product details, pricing, samples, and order requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations and pricing information with customers.
- Coordinate samples with customers and collect their feedback.
- Discuss requirements with customers and make necessary changes to the order.
- Follow up with customers to finalise orders and confirm order details.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding confirmed orders, pricing, samples, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, samples, and confirmed orders.




- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure timely communication throughout the order process.
- Support lead generation and conversion through digital marketing activities.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
