Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, formulate tailored treatment plans, and execute high-quality therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with patients suffering from a wide spectrum of physical challenges, ranging from acute injuries and neurological conditions to chronic musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis

* Conduct thorough initial evaluations, analyzing medical history, movement mechanics, strength, posture, range of motion, and neurological function.

* Establish accurate physical therapy diagnoses and define measurable short-term and long-term recovery goals.

2. Treatment Planning & Delivery

* Design individualized treatment protocols combining manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and specialized rehabilitation modalities.

* Administer advanced hands-on techniques, joint mobilizations, soft tissue manipulation, and exercise progressions.

* Deliver targeted neurological rehabilitation protocols where required.

3. Patient Education & Progress Tracking

* Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

* Systematically monitor patient response, re-evaluate progress at regular intervals,



and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.

* Maintain thorough, up-to-date, and confidential clinical documentation and patient progress notes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational & Professional Credentials

* Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) required; Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Neurology, Orthopedics, or Sports Medicine is highly desirable.

* Registration: Active registration with state or national physiotherapy councils/associations.

Essential Clinical Skills

* Manual Therapy & Exercise Prescription: High proficiency in joint mobilization, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise design, and movement correction.

* Specialized Domain Knowledge: Strong clinical understanding of neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, and pain management strategies.

* Electrotherapy & Equipment Operation: Familiarity with modalities including IFT, TENS, Ultrasound, Traction, and exercise therapy tools.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and active listening skills to build robust rapport and trust with patients.

* Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions dynamically based on individual recovery rates.
