We're looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Relationship Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.
This is not a target-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the GoEdukify platform in detail.
- Explain product features and workflows to prospective clients whenever required.
- Coordinate with the Sales team during product demonstrations and client discussions.
- Work closely with the Content Creator to help develop accurate product-related content.
- Perform basic testing of newly developed features and share feedback with the development team.
- Collect client feedback and suggest ideas to improve the product and overall user experience.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
