- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, and servicing of RO plants and water treatment systems.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of RO systems.
- Troubleshoot RO plant issues related to:
- High/low pressure
- Low permeate flow
- High TDS
- Membrane fouling/scaling
- Pump problems
- Leakage
- Dosing system issues
- Electrical/control panel faults
- Check and maintain RO membranes, cartridge filters, multimedia filters, activated carbon filters, pumps, valves, and dosing pumps.
- Monitor operating parameters such as:
- Feed pressure
- Product/permeate pressure
- Reject pressure
- Flow rate
- TDS
- pH
- Conductivity
- Perform membrane cleaning/CIP as required.
- Carry out replacement of filters, membranes, pumps, valves, sensors, and other components.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Maintain service reports, equipment readings, maintenance records, and spare-parts requirements.




- Coordinate with the Service Engineer and Project Team for technical issues.
- Explain basic plant operation and maintenance procedures to customers/operators.
- Travel to customer sites for breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow company safety procedures while working at customer locations.
- Required Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of RO plant operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of pumps, pressure vessels, membranes, valves, filters, and dosing systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels and control systems.
- Ability to read basic P&ID; and equipment layouts will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of water-quality parameters such as TDS, pH, conductivity, hardness, and turbidity.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used for RO servicing.
