- sGenerate current leads through cold calling, references, online enquiries, networking, and field visits.
- Identify and approach potential customers in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, automobile, FMCG, pharma, retail, and other industries.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand their business and technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers as well as increase business from existing customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until order closure.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for product demonstrations and solution implementation.
