About the Role MARS Cosmetics is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage our warehouse operations at Bawana, Delhi. The person will be responsible for inventory, dispatch, warehouse team management, stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movement, damages, shortages and excess inventory.
- Manage batch and expiry tracking of products.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely pickups and dispatches.
- Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, productivity and daily work allocation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of WMS/ERP and warehouse MIS.
- Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT,



productivity and picking/packing accuracy.
- Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations/inventory management.
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Retail, E-commerce or Consumer Goods preferred.
- Experience managing warehouse teams and high-volume SKU operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of warehouse operations.
- Candidates who can independently manage warehouse operations will be preferred.
