Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Elevator Installation Engineer to execute and supervise elevator/lift installation activities at project sites in Nashik. The candidate will be responsible for safe and quality installation, site coordination, testing and timely completion of elevator projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise elevator/lift installation and erection activities at project sites.
- Install and align elevator components such as guide rails, brackets, landing doors, car frame, counterweight, ropes, machine and electrical components.
- Check shaft readiness, dimensions, openings, power supply and material availability before starting installation.
- Read and follow technical drawings, installation manuals and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors and construction teams.
- Monitor daily installation progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Perform installation checks, testing and basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.




- Ensure strict compliance with KONE safety procedures, quality standards and site safety requirements.
- Maintain installation checklists, progress reports and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of elevator materials at site.
- Identify installation issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Support testing, commissioning and final handover of elevators.
- Follow all required PPE and safety practices, including working safely at height and inside elevator shafts.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Elevator Installation / Lift Installation / Elevator Erection.
- Candidates with experience in elevator, escalator, MEP, mechanical or electrical installation can be considered.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical elevator components.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of site safety practices.
- Willingness to work at project/construction sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates willing to work in Nashik and nearby project locations preferred.
