Fly On Journey is a leading travel and tourism company. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Office Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Assist customers with tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and other travel services.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents.

Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport partners.

Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Prior experience in travel, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
