Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Preschool Educator

One of our clients, a premier and well-reputed chain of early childhood education centers operating across multiple prime locations in Bengaluru, is seeking passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teachers. The organization is committed to nurturing young minds through progressive, child-centric, and activity-based learning methodologies.
Job Overview: The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment for foundational age groups (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG). This role involves lesson planning, activity execution, individual child tracking, and building robust collaborative relationships with parents to support holistic child development.
Key Role Details:
1. Position Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Early Years Educator
2. Location: Multiple Center Locations Across Bengaluru
3. Experience Range: 1 to 5+ years (Prior experience in early childhood, pre-primary, or kindergarten teaching required)
4. Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori Certification, ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education), or B.Ed. Early Childhood
5. Key Skills: Excellent English communication, phonics knowledge, patience, storytelling, art & craft, and passion for early childhood development
6. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Classroom Management and Activity Facilitation:
1.1. Plan, prepare, and execute engaging daily lessons based on the prescribed early childhood curriculum and activity frameworks.
1.2. Maintain a safe, hygienic, colorful, and child-friendly classroom environment conducive to sensory and experiential learning.
1.3. Facilitate motor skill activities, storytelling, rhymes, phonics sessions, art, craft, and basic foundational numeracy.

Child Observation and Individual Tracking:
2.1. Monitor, observe, and document each child's cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development milestones.
2.2. Identify individual learning needs and provide personal attention and gentle guidance to support each child at their own pace.
2.3. Maintain regular developmental portfolios, progress records, and attendance logs for all assigned students.
3. Parent Communication and Event Coordination:
3.1. Conduct periodic Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to share meaningful feedback regarding a child's progress, habits, and growth.
3.2. Maintain clear, positive, and timely daily/weekly communication with parents through school portal apps and notices.
3.3. Actively participate in planning and executing school events, annual functions, sports days, field trips, and festive celebrations.
Candidate Profile:
1. Genuine love, patience, and empathy for working with young children between 2 to 6 years of age.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of Montessori, Playway, or ECCE learning techniques and phonics concepts.
4. Ability to maintain high energy, creative thinking, and enthusiasm in the classroom throughout the day.
5. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Bengaluru with easy commute access.
Selection Process:
1. Round 1: Telephonic Screening Round (Initial profile assessment, commute check, and basic communication evaluation by Recruiter)
2. Round 2: Video Interview Round (Detailed interaction, teaching methodology assessment, and behavioral check by Recruiter)
3. Round 3: In-Person Client Premise Round & Live Demo Class (Final campus visit, face-to-face interaction with School Leadership, and live teaching demo)
