Job Title: HR Manager - Healthcare and Diagnostics Manufacturing
Company Overview: One of our clients, a trusted provider of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) devices, pathology equipment, and clinical laboratory solutions, is looking for a strategic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources department.
Job Overview: The HR Manager will serve as an operational leader bridging corporate governance and plant management. This role is responsible for end-to-end HR management, ranging from policy formulation and statutory compliance to talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
Key Role Details:
- Position Title: HR Manager (Department Head)
- Location: Delhi with periodic visits to plant operations
- Experience Range: 6 to 10+ years (Mandatory mix of Corporate and Factory/Plant experience)
- Education Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Industry Background: Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Formulation, Factory Compliance, and Corporate Governance:
- Design, standardize, and enforce comprehensive corporate HR policies and plant standing orders.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance across corporate and plant sites, including PF, ESI, Factories Act, Labor Laws, Minimum Wages, and Contract Labor Management.
- Lead labor compliance audits and ensure complete audit readiness across all facilities.
1. Talent Management, L&D;, and HR Operations:
- Manage full-life-cycle recruitment for corporate leadership,
technical sales, and plant/shop-floor talent.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), capability building, and talent retention initiatives.
- Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances to maintain floor harmony and employee trust.
1. Performance Management System (PMS) and HR Metrics:
- Implement robust KPI/KRA frameworks across corporate and plant units.
- Track and report monthly HR metrics to executive leadership, including attrition rate, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, training ROI, and plant productivity ratios.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain zero non-compliance incidents and achieve 100% audit readiness across facilities.
- Keep annual employee attrition under 12% for core technical and corporate teams.

- Strong ability to seamlessly manage both corporate professional standards and ground-level factory/shop-floor management.
- Continuous drive to learn healthcare/IVD industry nuances and adapt to modern HR-tech tools.
- Demonstrated track record of career stability and long-term commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Selection Process:
