Job Description – Head Barista

Location: Ahmedabad

Positions & Salary:

Head Barista (2 Positions): ₹25,000-35,000 per month

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role)
- Take customer orders and serve food & drinks
- Operate coffee machines and service equipment as required
- Maintain cleanliness of café, counter, and dining area
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed
- Provide a friendly and pleasant customer experience
- Assist with daily opening/closing duties and basic stock handling

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of café or restaurant operations
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Ability to maintain hygiene and grooming standards
