Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Executive to handle sales and business development for Tata Motors Gensets in the Bikaner market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their power requirements, presenting suitable DG solutions, and converting leads into sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential customers in Bikaner and nearby areas.
- Promote and sell Tata Motors Gensets/Diesel Generators.
- Visit industrial, commercial, institutional, construction, hotel, hospital, and other potential customers.
- Understand customer power requirements and recommend suitable genset solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Track sales leads, follow-ups, quotations,



and conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and local business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in sales preferred.
- Experience in DG sets, electrical equipment, industrial products, automobiles, machinery, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Knowledge of the Bikaner local market will be preferred.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
