? Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients/customers to follow up on claim status and related requirements.
- Understand client requirements through effective questioning, probing, and active listening.
- Handle customer/client queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Use effective, non-scripted probing techniques to identify requirements and resolve concerns.
- Maintain a confident, professional, and presentable communication style.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and convincing skills.
- Manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute towards achieving team targets.
- Adapt effectively to process changes, client requirements,



and business needs.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

- US-Based Fixed Night Shifts
- Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 5 Days Working
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
- Full-Time | Permanent
