About Wedding Kala

Wedding Kala is an exclusive fashion & jewellery exhibition by Social Kala, bringing together India's finest bridal, fashion, and jewellery brands for two days in Delhi. We're building the exhibitor lineup now and are hiring a focused sales team to drive outreach and closures.

Role Overview

You'll own outreach to a curated list of fashion and jewellery brands, pitching stall participation, qualifying interest, and closing bookings — from first contact to signed confirmation and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to assigned leads from the exhibitor list via WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Pitch stall packages (Platinum/Gold/Silver) and answer brand queries on pricing, footfall, and venue
- Qualify interest and move leads through the funnel: outreach → conversation → proposal → close
- Follow up consistently — most closes happen on the 2nd or 3rd touch, not the first
- Maintain accurate daily records of leads contacted, status, and next steps
- Collect booking confirmations and coordinate advance payment collection




- Escalate high-value or hesitant leads to the founder for a closing call when needed

Daily/Weekly Targets

- 50 outreach touches per day (calls, WhatsApp, emails combined)
- 10 real conversations per day
- 3 meetings/calls with decision-makers per day
- 1–2 closed stalls per day per rep once outreach is in full swing

What We're Looking For

- Prior sales or telesales experience (B2B preferred; event/exhibition sales a strong plus)
- Comfortable with high-volume WhatsApp and phone outreach
- Confident, persistent, and target-driven — this is a closing role, not just a calling role
- Good spoken English and Hindi
- Familiarity with the fashion/jewellery/D2C space is a bonus, not mandatory
- Based in or able to work from Delhi NCR

Compensation

Base retainer + incentive per stall closed (fill in your numbers — happy to help structure a base + commission split if helpful)
