Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthopedic Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Orthopedic Physiotherapist will perform detailed musculoskeletal assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating documentation, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-surgical care. The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals when needed, maintaining accurate clinical records,



and contributing to continuous improvement of treatment protocols and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy) with a focus or demonstrated experience in orthopedics.
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and track patient outcomes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to explain conditions, treatment options, and home care instructions clearly to patients and families.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning, stay updated with evidence-based physiotherapy practices, and participate in team discussions or trainings.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies and eligibility to practice physiotherapy in India.
