Position Title Supply Chain Executive Department Supply Chain and Logistics Reports To Supply Chain Manager and Head of Supply Chain Salary Negotiable Key responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and quality Monitor inventory levels at factory to prevent stock outs and overstocking Oversee the transportation and storage of goods ensuring that shipments are delivered on time without causing any damage Maintain a Damage Claim register ensuring timely documentation and follow-up of any goods damaged during transportation or storage Validate and check E-Way Bills on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of shipments Collaborate with transporters and distribution teams to plan and coordinate deliveries Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management on a daily basis Collaborate with cross-functional teams e g sales production and finance to align supply chain activities such as dispatch schedule Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain e g disruptions delays supplier issues Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and follow up on their timely execution May sometimes require working outside of regular business hours to meet tight deadlines or manage urgent issues Full-time office-based with occasional travel required for supplier visits warehouses Any other miscellaneous works which may come on time from the seniors Key Skills Required Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of supply chain processes logistics and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and documentation Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Commerce or related field 1-2 years of experience in supply chain logistics or procurement freshers with strong skills may be considered Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
