operations including scheduling logistics reporting and stakeholder communication Oversee the administration and optimization of digital learning platforms including content curation license management and learner engagement analytics Maintain and enhance L D repositories such as the L D Vault and Teams Channel ensuring accessibility and version control Partner with business units to align learning plans with strategic goals including quarterly reviews and capability-building roadmaps Track and report on learning metrics budget utilization and program effectiveness through dashboards and executive summaries Support the design and execution of learning events such as DevelopU Week Craft Cafes and Leader Talks Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards for learning delivery and data management Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in Learning Development with a strong focus on operations and program management Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creating periodic training reports for Business Leaders Proven expertise in managing enterprise LMS systems with admin super user-level experience on Adobe Learning Manager Hands-on experience in creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline L D processes Proficiency in building and managing Power BI dashboards for learning analytics and reporting Solid background in budget planning tracking and vendor management for L D programs Demonstrated ability to design and implement knowledge checks and assessments aligned with the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Framework Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in a matrixed global organization is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
