Mac JAMF Administrator We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the design development and implementation of automation solutions across our organization This role requires deep technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Mac Administrator to manage maintain and support our macOS environment across the enterprise The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mac management JAMF administration and a solid understanding of IT service management practices aligned with ITIL standards The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a secure stable and efficient end-user computing experience for macOS users Manage and administer Mac endpoints across the organization ensuring consistent configuration security and performance Deploy configure and maintain devices through JAMF Pro including policies profiles and patch management Perform software packaging deployment and updates for macOS applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS JAMF and enterprise integrations network authentication etc Support user onboarding offboarding and ensure compliance with IT security standards Collaborate with IT operations security and infrastructure teams to enhance endpoint management capabilities Create and maintain documentation for configurations processes and troubleshooting steps Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the Mac management domain Provide input into ITIL-aligned processes such as incident problem and change management Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Relevant year of experience in Mac administration and support in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro configuration profiles policies patch management scripting Proficiency in macOS troubleshooting deployment and lifecycle management Familiarity with Active Directory Azure AD MDM and enterprise security integrations Working knowledge of ITIL processes Incident Problem Change Management Strong analytical documentation and communication skills JAMF 100 or higher certification advantageous ITIL Foundation Certification preferred Preferred Qualifications Skills Strong leadership and team facilitation abilities Excellent time management and task prioritization Focused on driving continuous improvement and automation Collaborative transparent and proactive communicator Ability to balance technical depth with business context Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
