Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations ensure smooth itinerary execution and deliver excellent customer service The ideal candidate must have prior experience in travel coordination vendor management and customer handling Key Responsibilities Manage complete travel arrangements flights hotels cabs sightseeing activities Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bookings and service confirmations Prepare itineraries vouchers and all travel-related documents Handle customer queries before during after the trip Resolve on-ground issues such as delays changes or service concerns Monitor booking status and follow up on confirmations payments documents Maintain CRM and booking records accurately Support sales team with availability checks pricing quotations Coordinate with drivers guides hotels activity partners for seamless operations Manage cancellations amendments refunds as per company policy Maintain strong knowledge of destinations hotels travel services Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry Solid communication coordination skills Knowledge of travel products destinations booking processes Ability to multitask and handle customer issues professionally Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
