Carrying out Data Entry operations and assisting departmental Officer Engineers preparation of monthly and quarterly statements dispatching and delivering documents file movement and maintaining registers and documents checking preparation of agreements etc as instructed by Engineer-In- charge Qualification Each job shall be carried out by one data entry operator having minimum HSC pass 12th Standard with complete knowledge of computer like MS office etc and should also be well conversant in English and Hindi language Deployment The contractor shall deploy one Data entry operator for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 1 2 hours per day with 30 minutes of break in General Ist IInd shift including Saturdays Sundays holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period The minimum notice period before change of Data entry operator is 1 one month Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per month Work Location In person
