Job Title GeM Tender Executive Job Type Full time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GeM Tender Executive to manage Government e-Marketplace GeM portal operations tender submissions bidding documentation and coordination with government departments The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GeM product listing bid management tender search and end-to-end procurement processes Key ResponsibilitiesGeM Portal Management Create update and manage product listings on the GeM portal Ensure product categories specifications and pricing comply with GeM norms Upload catalogues technical specifications and supporting documents Tender Bid Management Search monitor and evaluate relevant tenders bids on GeM Prepare and submit bids Technical Financial Coordinate timely submission of all tender documents Track ongoing bids and respond to queries clarifications Order Processing Manage L1 bidding results and comparative statements Accept and process Purchase Orders received through GeM Coordinate dispatch logistics and invoice generation Compliance Documentation Prepare necessary documents such as Authorization letters OEM Certificates Declarations Performance documents Ensure full compliance with GeM rules and Government procurement policy Coordination Follow-up Communicate with government buyers for order status payments and documentation Liaison with internal departments Accounts Dispatch Production Follow-up on payment release and order closure Required Skills Qualifications Graduate B Com BBA BA Any discipline 1-4 years of GeM portal tender management experience preferred Strong knowledge of GeM portal rules and procurement guidelines Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PDF Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple bids and tight deadlines Knowledge of documentation taxation GST and commercial terms Preferred Skills Experience in Government tendering CPPP e-procurement Understanding of pricing strategy and competition analysis Ability to handle technical and financial bid preparation independently Job Type Full-time Pay 10 485 55 - 32 235 58 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
