Art Director About the job Digixito Group has always been in the spotlight for being adept in the next big technologies What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul The Art Director will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creative direction branding art direction graphics and graphic design Role Art Director Experience 5 Years Location Noida Desired Competencies Technical Behavioral Competency -Must-Have Working from the brief with a copy writer or other members of a creative team generating ideas to present to the client Conceptualize and develop creative strategies for both mainline and digital advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience Brainstorming for concepts and ideas on own and with team members as well Work well as part of a team with a range of people Lead the design team in the creation of visual assets including but not limited to print ads digital banners social media graphics website layouts and video content Provide creative direction and guidance to team members ensuring that designs meet quality standards and project requirements Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in design and advertising and integrate innovative ideas into projects Participate in client meetings to understand their goals provide creative recommendations and present design concepts effectively Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and address feedback and revisions promptly Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members provide constructive feedback and support their professional development Uphold brand guidelines and ensure that all creative work reflects the brand s identity values and messaging Required skill set Highly creative with ability to develop new design concepts and idea based communication Knowledge of graphic design tools typography and printing Drawing illustration skills photograph motion-graphics skills would be an extra plus Knowledge of Software skills at least in Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Should have valuable time management skills with experience in working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment A passion for advertising and commercial art QUALIFICATIONS With a degree in graphic design after effects fine arts visual communication typography or a related subject Female or Male Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience Graphic design 5 years Required Work Location In person
