To attend interview please contact (phone hidden) We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Services team The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine laboratory tests maintaining lab equipment and ensuring accurate reporting of results in compliance with hospital and accreditation standards Key Responsibilities Collect label and process patient samples blood urine stool sputum etc according to standard protocols Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using automated and manual methods Operate calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results Follow quality control procedures and document results appropriately Adhere to biosafety infection control and laboratory safety guidelines Assist in inventory management of reagents consumables and supplies Coordinate with doctors nurses and other healthcare staff for clarifications and test-related queries Support internal and external audits calibration verifications and proficiency testing Diploma B Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT BMLT Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred Strong knowledge of hematology biochemistry microbiology and serology tests Ability to handle automated lab analyzers and manual techniques Positive communication time management and organizational skills Ability to work in rotational shifts weekends and on-call duties when required Job Type Full-time Pay From 160 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 8 years Required Work Location In person
